Action

1. The minutes of AGM held on 2 April 2005 were received and accepted as a true record.

2. Matters arising –  there were no matters arising.

3. Chairs report

Rob reported another successful year for the group and thanked all committee and group members.  The talks programme had seen a fall in numbers attending but steps had been taken to publicise events better and the purchase of the lapel mike had also improved provision.

The next challenge was to find an alternative venue now that Abbey Gates Primary had placed play equipment on the area used for parking.

4. Treasurers report

Jill presented the accounts for the period ended 31 March 2006. A balance of £515.36 was held in the account.

The group would like to make a donation to the Trust. Jeune agreed to follow this up with NWT officers.
